2nd China Clinical Trial Outsourcing Congress, London

Tech Observer was pleased to be part of the 2nd Congress which was announced by Global Engage and held in London on the 20th – 21st September 2010.

Over two days the conference, agenda featured two streams for preclinical studies and clinical trials with over 30 expert international and Chinese speakers all actively involved in conducting preclinical and clinical studies in China. The programme also focussed on how to meet the challenges of conducting clinical and preclinical trials in China and look at the pros and cons of setting up operations in China as against partnering with regional CROs.

Other issues such as regulatory procedures, patient recruitment and retention, logistics and data management were also reviewed through case studies and keynote presentations from industry experts.

It was a senior level conference and the Congress provided an outstanding opportunity to meet and network with Chinese CROs and over 100+ delegates from large and medium pharma and biotech companies from
around the world interested in learning more about, or conducting preclinical studies and clinical trials in China.

Tech Observer benefitted from one to one thirty minute meetings with the choice of delegates, speaking on the main conference agenda and promoting our services through various exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.
